To promote the sport of bullriding through event sanction creating a bullriding circuit that stretches throughout the Northwest. To offer rider members the chance to compete for a large purse at the Finals as well as the security in knowing that the yearly events will consist of excellent production, bulls, and personnel.

Membership based organization ran by a Board of Directors. Members include bullriders, stock contractors, announcers, judges, bullfighters, barrelmen, photographers and committeemen.
