Quickly linking phone's owner and organ donor informations.

This application provides a virtual organ and tissue donor card. After filling in basic information, the application displays a card that clearly states a choice regarding organ and tissue donation for a given person (that should be the phone's owner). The card allows the viewer to directly call a chosen person to confirm the displayed wish.
