Actual correspondence from Google in requests over the last 2 months to close my account:

"Hello,

Our team makes every effort to reply within two working days (Monday to Friday)."

"Hello!

Thank you for contacting AdSense by email. AdSense is a self-service product so we are unable to provide support for issues via email."

"Hi Austin,

Thanks for requesting a consultation.

It looks like all of the upcoming appointments with our AdSense specialists are full."
