We are a baseball performance company located in Menomonee Falls, WI. Our mission is to assess, train, and improve the performance metrics needed for baseball athletes to advance to the next level, whether it be high school, collegiately, or professionally. We utilize the latest performance technologies to track athlete's progress and also utilize the most highly regarded systems for training our athletes. We employ highly qualified instructors who dedicate themselves to being on the leading edge of training baseball\softball athletes.

Our goal is to help our athletes produce faster sprint times, better batting exit velocities, and faster throwing and pitching velocities, all while improving durability and overall sport health and performance.
