Bakersfield BOSS Ladies is a group of business women who meet monthly.

Bakersfield Boss Ladies is a networking group connecting professional women that share and enhance common goals, goodwill, commitment, and interests. We are dedicated to making a difference in the lives of the women surrounding us as well as every member of our community.

Bakersfield Boss Ladies meet at least once a month for a luncheon. During the luncheon the ladies can network with each other to share our businesses and inspire each other to achieve success.
