With the Eye Love Fitness app, Michelle will guide you as a Coach through different forms of movements and stretches. She will help you with nutrition and support on how to live a plant-based holistic lifestyle, alongside the ELF Community who also has your back. Michelle's different programs are designed to suit individual needs, and rest assured that she has you covered! Michelle has been coaching for over a decade now, she started shortly after being diagnosed with MS and healing herself throughout the years. This app is meant to keep you accountable daily; motivate and inspire you, and help you reach your fitness goals.
