The Expain app connects to your Expain device to view Biofeedback, control settings and log muscle activity and usage.
Tracking your pain is the first step to gain control over your pain. The Expain app lets you track and view your pain in an intuitive and simple way. To get started, select a body segment and enter how much it hurts. If you have pain in more than one segment, simply add more pain logs.
If tracking your pain is not enough, use the Expain app to connect to the Expain Bluetooth Smart connected products. The app connects to Expain Change Neck & Shoulders, Expain Change Arm, Expain Activate Knee and Expain Relax Legs.
The Expain Change products is biosensors that alert you with a gentle vibration when it detects a potential harmful muscle activity pattern.
