Officient Self-service

The Officient self-service is an application that enables employees to manage their data and easily perform tasks such as applying for leave, filing sickness letters, signing contracts, downloading wage slips and consulting the wage package.

ATTENTION! The application can only be used if your company uses the Officient HR platform and has activated the self-service for all employees.

Why use Officient self-service?

CONTROL OVER YOUR EMPLOYEE DATA

You can find all your employee data in the self-service such as your home address, marital status, bank account number, contact details ... With the self-service you can adjust these data yourself, if changes would occur.

EASY LEAVE APPLICATIONS

With the Officient calendar you can apply for leave with a few clicks! Select the desired day and leave type and the request is automatically sent to the right people. We also make it easy for you to check how much leave you have and which colleagues are absent.

OVERVIEW OF ALL YOUR ASSETS

The self-service always gives you an overview of which assets are assigned to you, such as a company laptop or a fuel card. You also have all the information at hand for when damage or an accident would occur.

COMPLETE VIEW OF YOUR RETIREMENT PACK

Always wondered how your wages are composed? In the Officient Self-service we show your wage package as a pie chart with information about all parts. Here you can also find your schedule and budgets that you can use.

DIGITAL CONTRACTS DRAWING

Sign all your contracts such as an employment contract or car policy digitally with this app!

MONITORING SIMPLY HR TASKS

Does HR still need some information from you, such as your passport or holiday certificate? In the app you will be notified which tasks you have to put in order and by when.

DOWNLOAD IMPORTANT DOCUMENTS

Pay slips, sickness letters, contracts ... All documents in the Officient self-service can always be downloaded.
