e-સરકાર is a unique android mobile application which provides an option to the Government of Gujarat employee to check their pending work and take action accordingly. This application works on the GSWAN network only. Users can log into the application only using e-સરકાર credentials which are already provided to the user. There is no option for creating the user ID using the application.

· The application is available in both English and Gujarati language and

the user can change the language preference by himself.

· In application user will have details of the pending items on the

dashboard. The dashboard provided in the application is an advanced

dynamic dashboard where user will get details of the pending item in

the dashboard with graphical representation.

· Using this application user can take action on any normal e-tappal, MP

MLA reference, and GOI reference.

· User can also take necessary action like forward, Return, Clarify, and

Refer in both e-tappal as well as in e-file.

· User can also approve the file using the application.

· User can seek an appointment with government officers and also

accept/reject any appointment, meeting request received to him.

· User can access meeting module where details of the meeting,

committee, MOM, and actionable will be available in which the user is a

member.

· User will have his daily appointment schedule available from the

application.

· User can register as well as take any necessary action on public

grievances received in department.

· RTI module is also available in an application where user can take

necessary action to dispose it.

· User will have details of COS Meeting in the application as well as the

details of venue booking request (which is under cabinet branch).

· User will have details of published awards by the Government of

Gujarat or any agency in the system and they can check the winner

details from the application itself.

· User will have provision to take action on LAQ, Audit para and Legal

Court Case from the application where user can forward, Return the

application and can check the status of all LAQ, Audit Para, and Legal

Court Case pending in department from application.

· User can also check all the circulars or any document like Act,

Resolution, etc. published by Government of Gujarat or Department

from the application.

· Using this application the dependency on physical file will reduce and

time will reduce in taking any action.
