Vision RK Nagar - Grievance Redressal System

The project Vision RK Nagar is initiated to address the grievances related basic amenities of the residents of RK Nagar assembly constituency, Tamilnadu, India. To solve their grievances, residents of RK Nagar constituency can download the mobile application and register themselves. After successful, registration grievances can be submitted with the photo and location of the affected area in the constituency. The registered grievances will be routed to the concerned departments to resolve in a time bound manner. The users will be updated on the status of the complaint through SMS.
