This is a replica of the prototypical serious game built in an organization by me. The main objectives of this game are:
• Proper and timely updates of the company’s products
• Encourage service technicians to tag more equipment
• Provide them rewards on reaching desired levels of tags
• Maintaining a Hall of Fame for the top-performing employees
