This is a free attendance and data reporting app for Mahatma Gandhi National Fellows. As part of SANKALP, Mahatma Gandhi National Fellowship (MGNF) is a national fellowship programme fully funded by MSDE to strengthen the ecosystem of decentralised skill development governance. It is a two-year academic programme which combines classroom sessions at IIM with an intensive field immersion at the district level. SANKALP is a World Bank loan assisted programme with the present agreement between Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, Government of India and the World Bank. The objectives of MGNF is to strengthen the skill ecosystem and to support in key issues of skilling in the country., strengthen institutional mechanisms for skill development and increase access to quality and market-relevant training for youth across the country.
