Controlling your MIRA directly from the Cell Phone

The MIRA Hearing Control app provides advanced remote control functionality for your MIRA Hearing Aid(s):

• Adjust volume settings on your hearing aids

• Mute your hearing aids

• Adjust volume of your streaming device separately

• Change sound and streamer programs

• Adjust treble and bass to your preferences

• See battery and connection status

Pure tone hearing test

Make sure hearing aids are wear correctly without hearing whistles, and pairing with your Apple device successful.

1.Tap on the red “Start” button to star testing for right ear. The button will show “testing” instead. Tap “Yes” when hear, and “No” for sound missed or not hear. The audiogram and corresponding textbox will show sound level and frequency instantly. When hearing test finish, the button will show “Finished”, tap and finish the right ear testing.

2.Tap on the Blue “Start” button to star hearing testing for right ear. The button will show “testing” for instead. Tap “Yes” when you hear, and “No” for sound missed or not hear. The audiogram and corresponding textbox will show sound level and frequency instantly. When hearing test finish, the button will show “Finished”, tap and finish the left ear testing.

3.A dialogue will prompt you to saving record. Hearing aid will be auto-fit when audiogram was saved.

Status

The APP screen provides four program status icon in the bottom. Normal, noisy, music, telephone.

Hearing aid volume

Increase/decrease the microphone volume level on your MIRA by dragging the volume slider for each side (sky blue for left, red for right) or by sliding your finger on the middle blue color slider to adjust both sides simultaneously.

Mute

Tap on theSpeaker iconto mute the microphones on functional hearing aids. Tap again on the Mute buttonto unmute the hearing aids and return the volume to the position prior to muting.

Program

The current program icon is highlight in blue color background. To change programs, tap on the name of the program you want to use. The selected program will be sent to the hearing aid instantly.

Treble and bass

This function only available in Program Quiet and Noisy. Tap the “too noisy” & “too sharp” buttons to change so you can listen to a variety of options, tap “undo” buttons to undo last action.

Input saved audiogram

You can select a saved recording audiogram by taping the List icon. Hearing aid will be auto-fit when the audiogram were selected.
