The Quit Smoking Assistant is designed to help you reduce the time between your cigarettes and in so doing, will reduce the number of cigarettes you smoke each day over a period of time.
The Quit Smoking Assistant is integrated with AchieveMint to allow you to earn rewards as you work on quitting smoking.
Quit Smoking Assistant will track your time between cigarettes each day and also per week day if you smoking habits are linked to your schedule. It will inform you as to whether your time between cigarettes is improving
You can set your personal target of time between cigarettes and adjust it as you wean yourself off the cigarettes. A system notification will alert you when the target has been reached
Interface and Usage
The interface is very simple and easy to use, when you want a cigarette, just click the button to log the cigarette. The system will display statistical information for you and recommend the minimum amount of time you should wait before having your cigarette.
Progress bars record the benefits your body is enjoying from not having a cigarette and are updated every second.
A report is available to you to track your progress through the days and will show you how many cigarettes you had inside and outside your personal target.
