The online consular service is only available for consular posts in Athens, Barcelona, Berlin, Bern, Bogota, Bordeaux, Brussels, Praia, Copenhagen, Dublin, Dusseldorf, Stuttgart, Geneva, The Hague, Hamburg, Johannesburg, London , Luanda, Luxembourg, Macau, Madrid, Manchester, Maputo, Marseille, Panama, Rome, Salvador da Bahia, Seville, Sydney, Valencia-Venezuela, Vienna, Vigo, Washington, Shanghai and Zurich, being necessary for that the user has Citizen Card or Identity Card and is registered at the consular post where you want to make the appointment.

If you are not yet registered at the consular post you wish, you must pre-register using the "Online Registration" feature.

The online scheduling service does not allow schedules for foreign citizens or for Portuguese citizens who do not know their Citizen Card / ID card number.
