My UX enables you to record any positive and negative experiences you have whilst interacting with the software and hardware you use throughout your day at the office. We want you to tell us what we’re doing well and what we could do to improve your individual interactions with NGN… and doing so is incredibly easy!

Simply highlight the area you wish to comment on and provide a short explanation of your experience and how we could improve it. Remember this is specific to you so please provide us with as much detail as possible so we can find ways to improve your interactions with NGN!

Once you submit your feedback from the home screen, your comments will be sent over to the UX team who will contact you within in the same working day to let you what it is they are going to do to make your life easier.
