This free App was designed by South Downs Health and Care GP Federation and includes lots of handy links and resources, including:

- Local Services: access useful information on a range of useful services for patients
- Videos: sharing valuable healthcare information
- My Health Hub: receive messages, news and information directly from your health care providers
- Have your Say: give us your feedback and tell us how to improve our services for you
Don’t forget to register and set up an account through the My Settings button. By signing in you can personalise your experience and receive information tailored for you.
