The OAR schools in the Philippines exercise the Apostolate of Education as a means of ensuring the total development of man, the promotion of culture in a Filipino setting, and the welfare of society, all geared toward the attainment of man’s eternal destiny. More distinctively, the OAR schools aim to ordain the acquisition of knowledge in such a way that the student’s outlook of the world, of man himself, and of life will be enlightened and permeated by his love and faith.

Colegio de Sto. Tomas-Recoletos aims to instill in each and every student of the secondary level the teachings of the Catholic faith, the authentic tradition and values of our people, as well as the attitudes, habits and knowledge that will contribute to make him a truly Catholic Christian Filipino.
