Since our founding we have delivered over 4,000 services to 3,000 clients

Beauty Bus Foundation delivers dignity, hope and respite to chronically or terminally ill men, women and children and their caregivers through beauty and grooming services and pampering products. Heartbreakingly, we have all been touched by a friend, family or loved one trying to hold onto a semblance of dignity and humanity in the face of illness that is robbing them of their very essence of life. The incredible stresses that come with living with a chronic or terminal condition create a ripple effect from patient to caregiver - no one goes untouched. Most caregivers will say there are simply not enough hours in the day to attend to some of the basic palliative care needs that are critical to a patient’s emotional and physical well-being. Beauty Bus Foundation recognizes the importance of attending to these needs. Our services provide an opportunity for interaction that brings tremendous positive effect both to the physical and emotional well being of the client and caregiver.

For nearly five years, Beauty Bus Foundation has responded to this need by recruiting volunteers and has provided beauty and grooming services to throughout the Los Angeles metropolitan area. Beauty Bus currently works with over twenty social service partners including: City of Hope, Leeza’s Care Connection, UCLA Mattel Children’s Hospital, Concern Foundation, ALS Association, Children’s Hospital Los Angeles, We Spark, Los Angeles Ronald McDonald House, MS Society, Glendale Adventist Medical Center and USC Keck Hospital.
