ePrescription (ePrescription, eVoucher, eVaccination modules) for health professionals.

The application is intended exclusively for healthcare professionals.

The functions of the application are controlled according to the assigned role of the logged-in user.

The application is used to issue ePrescriptions (electronic prescriptions for medicinal products) and eVouchers (electronic vouchers for medical devices).

In the application, you can search for an eRecipe or eVoucher created by a given user.

The application enables a preview of the patient's shared medication record.

The application allows you to make a reservation of an eRecipe or eVoucher for dispensing and to issue an eVoucher.

The application provides an overview of vaccination records (eVaccination module) created until 30/11/2022 - from 1/12/2022 it is not possible to write vaccination records directly into the eRecipe system due to the amendment to § 81fb of the Medicines Act. The list of vaccinations may therefore not be completely up-to-date and correct!

What is an ePrescription?

An ePrescription is a prescription issued in electronic form. The ePrescription issued by the doctor is stored in the so-called Central Repository of Electronic Prescriptions (CÚER).

Each eRecipe is assigned a unique identifier. In the pharmacy, the pharmacist then reads the identifier and dispenses the prescribed medicinal product to the patient. Information on the dispensing of the medicinal product shall be entered in the CÚER.

What is an eVoucher?

eVoucher is a voucher issued in electronic form. The eVoucher issued by the prescriber is stored in the so-called Central Repository of Electronic Vouchers (CÚEP).

Each eVoucher is assigned a unique identifier. In the dispensary, the issuer then reads the eVoucher identifier and issues the prescribed medical device to the patient.

Information on the dispensing of a medical device is entered in the CÚEP.

To use the application, you need:

- established qualified certificate for electronic signature (in the case of authentication without using Citizen Identity)

- establishing access to the Central Repository

- make a request of a medical facility for access to the Central Repository
