Equivet - an electronic health card for a pet owner

Equivet offers its customers the opportunity to view their own pet care information and easily make appointments for the Equivet clinic. For example, you can easily check the timeliness of vaccinations, follow-up instructions, and laboratory results. With the app, you can also save your own animal care notes as well as save a picture of your pet on the animal’s health card. Logging in is done with the phone number you provided in our patient database, to which a password to log in to the application will be sent as a text message.
