Array Telepresence Equal-i Installer Set Up & User Control Application
The Equal-i Installer Set Up and User Control Application for Android Devices allows installers to set up the Equal-i Image Processor and camera modules. For installed systems the application is deployed on a customer-supplied Android device to control the system in a call. Users decide what scene to send to the far side: Equal-i Immersive Telepresence, Letterbox/Data, or Stack/Data.
Creates an Equalization of Images
The biggest challenge of group videoconferencing systems—the elongated table—is remedied by Equal-i’s ability to bring the furthest participants up close and personal. The two million rooms that deal with this “bowling alley effect” and poor meeting format now have a solution. With Equal-i technology, executives at the head of the table are brought forward at life-size, with excellent eye-line and resolution, in a format that feels as though the meeting were just across the table rather than at the long end of another room.

When receiving an image from a non-Equal-i room, the image is split in half and equalized over two screens, enlarging the participants in the back and reducing the participants in the front for a more compelling experience.
