Unix time (also known as POSIX time or Epoch time) is a system for describing instants in time, defined as the number of seconds that have elapsed since 00:00:00 Coordinated Universal Time (UTC), Thursday, 1 January 1970(Julian Day), not counting leap seconds(source: wikipedia).
EpochTime is a counter which counts millis since Julian day. The features of the app are
-Sync service to correct the millis counter
-SnapShot features which snaps the millis and update the time zones to present time
-Search functionality which enables filtering the timezones with name/offset/time
-Supports Chinese(Simplified)
