Entel Recompra

The ENTEL RECOMPRA program allows the Entel customer to use their old telephone as a means of payment when purchasing new equipment, and can also purchase accessories in the same transaction. To use the program, the client must download the “ENTEL RECOMPRA” mobile application and perform the automatic and manual tests that will determine the sales price of their equipment. Then, once the terms and conditions have been accepted by the client, a voucher will be issued that can be used to purchase their new equipment at Entel Stores, after an executive validates the data and conditions of their old equipment and then delivered to Entel. .

REQUIREMENTS:

For this sale to be perfected, each and every one of the following requirements must be met:

a) be the seller of legal age;

b) be the owner (owner) of the equipment;

c) be an Entel customer and not maintain current debts associated with your RUT with Entel;

d) that there is no current lease or purchase agreement on the equipment, by virtue of which the seller has outstanding installments to pay under any of said contracts, pledge, embargo, precautionary measure and/or in general any type of tax or prohibition that could affect its free disposal; and

e) that the equipment, IMEI or any of its components is original and has not been adulterated, intervened or modified in any way

f) that the equipment is in good operating condition as indicated below in the “price determination” section.

g) Entel may, ultimately, not agree to purchase the equipment in the event that the client's economic evaluation does not turn out to be adequate for the acquisition of other equipment or accessories from Entel.
