Every rep is tracked the moment it happens — peak and mean velocity, power, force and estimated proximity to failure. Load–velocity profiles and live load recommendations help you dial in the right weight for today's readiness, so athletes train in the zone that matches the goal.

Technique analysis, frame by frame

See the movement, not just the number. Enode reconstructs the bar path in the sagittal and frontal planes, breaks each lift into its phases — first pull, second pull, turnover, catch — and charts velocity, acceleration, power, force, inclination and rotation across the rep. Record the set and scrub the video in sync with the data to review exactly where a lift breaks down.

Jump and power diagnostics

Counter-movement, squat and drop jumps are analyzed through their full phase sequence — unweighting, braking, propulsive and flight — with jump height, peak power and force, so you can monitor explosiveness and fatigue over time.
