This app is an offline English-Chinese (Simplified) dictionary and vice versa. It contains popular words and additional not-so-popular words in English and Chinese. In case the word cannot be found, probably the word is not exist, or not yet registered in app database. This English Chinese Dictionary can operate without internet connection.

Also can speak the word using Text-To-Speech module but requires internet connection. Powered by iSpeech®.

This English-Chinese Dictionary is especially designed for Gingerbread (and higher) devices.
