Coaching, Tasking, Accountability: Within the programs offered you will have daily tasking and coaching to track your progress but also keep you accountable so you achieve your health and fitness goals. There are daily taskings such as water intake, step count, daily meditation, and gratitude journal to help integrate the mind body connection.

Wellness/ Mindset: Meditation is one of the critical protocols within the program. With everyday hustle and bustle of work, family and personal stresses, practising meditation daily not only helps relieve stress and calm the mind and soul but also allows you to be present in the moment and stay out of the endless mind chatter. Helping decrease anxiety and overwhelm and giving you clarity to think clearer in everyday life. The other important daily task is the gratitude journal. Practising gratitude daily will allow you to be present and enjoy the magical moments around you that we sometimes miss when there is high stress and pressure in our lives.
