Subscribers will have access a multitude of session plans for all ages and areas of the court.
Subscribers will also the ability to learn through our coach education courses which provide knowledge on all areas of the court. These courses will include attack, shooting, defence, passing, footwork, creating space and session/season design planning.
Additionally subscribers will have access to our video library consisting of our 400 videos that provide the know-how on delivering each skill.
Each week new session plans and skill videos are loaded in the app to give you access to more content and training ideas and on top of this each month you will have access to a brand new course that will . continue to build on your coach knowledge.
