Recommended age: less than 8 years 8 - 11 years, 11 - 14 years, 14 - 18 years and over 18 years.

Categories according to nature: Tactical, Technical, Physical, Globalized, Specific, psychological and Strategy.

Each tab contains a moving graphic that facilitates the understanding of it. In turn it includes different supplementary information such as: Description / development times and repetitions, difficulty, terrain dimensions necessary advice, physical elements needed, etc ...

In some smaller devices or senior, graphics / drawings could see static and motionless.
