EDL Mobile Application ແມ່ນຫົວໃຈສຳຄັນຫຼັກຂອງການດຳເນີນທຸລະກິດຂອງ ລັດວິສາຫະກິດໄຟຟ້າລາວ ໃນດ້ານການບໍລິການລູກຄ້າ ຂອງ ລັດວິສາຫະກິດໄຟຟ້າລາວ ເພື່ອອໍານວຍຄວາມສະດວກ ແລະ ເຜີຍແຜ່ຂ່າວສານໃຫ້ຄວາມຮູ້ແກ່ສັງຄົມ ໂດຍສະເພາະແມ່ນຂໍ້ມູນການຊົມໃຊ້ໄຟຟ້າເຊັ່ນ: ການກວດເບິ່ງປະຫວັດການຊົມໃຊ້ໄຟຟ້າ, ການຊຳລະເງິນຄ່າກະແສໄຟຟ້າ, ການແຈ້ງເຫດໄຟຟ້າຂັດຂ້ອງ, ແຈ້ງການມອດໄຟ, ການຂໍຊົມໃຊ້ໄຟຟ້າໃໝ່ ແລະ ຂໍ້ມູນອື່ນໆທີ່ກ່ຽວຂ້ອງ.

EDL Mobile Application is the main core of the business operations of the State Electricity Company of Laos in terms of customer service, to facilitate and spread information to educate the society, especially information on electricity usage such as checking the history of electricity usage, payment of electricity bills, notification of electricity failure, notification of power outage, request for new electricity usage, and others.
