Easy on Fourth, Kitchen + Craft Bar is an independent locally owned and operated restaurant concept committed to changing the landscape with a detailed approach on balanced menus, focusing on the combination of quality chef-inspired food and premium hand-crafted cocktails with the emphasis of only using fresh quality ingredients!

We are located on Fourth Line, at the gateway of beautiful Glen Abbey, focused on delivering our quality craftsmanship in a casually cool setting.

Our Story

We are business partners and more importantly partners in life, we are Oakville residents Carmen Resch and Christopher Lovisa.

We are the independent owners of Easy on Fourth, Kitchen + Craft Bar and this is our first restaurant venture. We are both from very large and loving families, of French and Italian descent, and we were raised, lived and believe that breaking bread and spending time with family and friend should not only feed your body but also fuel your soul.

We have sought out to create a venue which reflects our combined passion for quality, love of sharing &hosting, and our desire to do it in an approachable, refined, and comfortable space.

Community

Part of being grateful is giving back. The Easy on Fourth team are committed to using their talents and resources to serve the community in which we live and operate in.

As part of our initial commitment, we have begun a partnership with Oakville’s chapter of The Salvation Army, specifically their food services, food banks, and community/school meals programs. As we have information and updates, we will post them here and on our social media platforms.

We look forward to the opportunity to service, to partner with, and to support our community in as many ways we can.

We are so completely committed to freshness that we don’t even have a freezer on site!
