E-Health Manager helps in keeping all your medical records in an organized way. It gives its members direct access to their detailed health information. With this application, one can instantly view all the health data such as medicine prescription, important medical history, hospital records, therapy records, doctor’s appointments, lab tests at one place in chronological order. We provide a cover sheet consisting of a member’s health records summary to make it easy for every member to find and understand relevant information in a few seconds. The cover sheets are a useful tool for quick understanding and review of medical documents. It is a great replacement for paper records which is difficult to manage and hard to access everywhere. With this application, a member can get access to all the medical records anywhere, whenever they require, especially in case of emergency or medical insurance related documentation.

All you have to do is register and upload your medical records in jpeg or PDF format, and we provide a succinct cover sheet, with chronological medical records. You will receive a notification once the cover sheet is uploaded. Every time a new document/medical record is uploaded by the member, the cover sheet will get updated in two working days (Monday-Friday). Each member can upload medical records of four patients. One gets the privilege to not only store the medical records of near and dear ones but also being aware of their health with the help of the cover sheet.
