Dozenflow is a monitoring and coordination tool for Android developers running Google Play closed and internal tests. It helps you gain visibility into test participation and SDK-reported activity during testing—not spreadsheets and guesswork.

Dozenflow helps developers monitor testing activity and stay organized throughout the testing period. We help teams understand testing progress—not bypass platform requirements.
WHAT DOZENFLOW IS NOT
• Not a marketplace to “find testers for you”
• Does not guarantee Play production approval or bypass Google policies
• Does not replace your responsibility to recruit participants through legitimate channels
HOW IT WORKS
1. Set up a test in Dozenflow (organizer mode).
2. Add the Closed Test SDK to the app you are testing (your APK on Play—not the Dozenflow app itself).
3. Testers install your build; when the SDK is configured, SDK activity events are reported to Dozenflow.
4. You monitor aggregated participation and test health during the testing window.
The Dozenflow app is optional. Organizers can monitor SDK-connected tests even when testers do not install Dozenflow.

Organizer features require an account (Google Sign-In or email, depending on server configuration).
