The advance tele-consultation app enables doctors to first interact with their patients online, determining where urgent medical attention is required, and where advice provided over the phone or videocall is an appropriate course of action.
Crucially, the app also enables doctors to provide the same level of care to those who need it, at an accelerated pace.
Through one solution involving telephone and video calling, medical experts can provide consultations, referrals and prescriptions to their patients safely and securely.
