*NOTE*: Won't work on Android 8.1 and newer - the permission model was fixed, so overlays cannot be applied.
Some phones updating to Oreo (Android 8.0) have network activity indicator enabled, which cause icon movement. This package overrides the configuration setting, but requires you to enable it with Android SDK on a computer:
adb shell cmd overlay enable --user 0 com.keypressure.disable_network_activity_indicator
This configuration does not require firmware modification or root access.
