Application allows the creation of complaints of Human Rights. Reports may be made in an identified or anonymous manner. Each complaint receives a protocol number for real-time monitoring of progress. It will be possible to carry out complaints via video call, and direct chat with a duly trained attendant, in addition to very soon having a special area for complaints made in the Brazilian Sign Language - LIBRAS.
