Dim Sum (點心); aka Yum Cha (飲茶 - drink tea); is one of the most popular Chinese foods around the world. It's famous not only by its many delicious traditional Chinese food, but also by its unique serving style where servers push a steam cart that carries fully cooked and ready-to-serve Dim Sum dishes and goes around the restaurant to offer the dishes to customers at a table.
