The concept is the completion of a questionnaire, which varies according to the physical and psychological evolution of the patient, adapting to the needs of the patient.

The diary will help you to become aware of the evolution of your stoma, both from a care and psychological point of view. By filling in the questionnaire, you will be able to reflect and motivate yourself with your progress, exercising a positive reinforcement in your evolution.

The health professional will have a vision of the evolution of his ostomy in a fast, exact and concrete way, being able to focus on the most critical points optimizing the consultation time.
