Customers will need to designate an Administrator to enroll their company at http://www.techdirect.com. The Administrator will then configure Technician users from his or her company. Both Administrators and Technician users will have access to the TechDirect mobile app to connect to their accounts while on the go.
• Create, view and update in-warranty technical support cases submitted to Dell.
• Create, view and update in-warranty parts dispatches submitted to Dell.
• Receive updates and request statuses from the Message Center via mobile app and email.
