** About VisionCheck 2 **

VisionCheck 2 is a CES award-winning device based on MIT-patented technology that works with your smartphone to test & track your vision. Use the results to order new glasses online!

Our third-generation device helps you test your vision for:

* Nearsightedness

* Farsightedness

* Astigmatism

* Reading/Computer vision

** How it Works **

1. Log into the VisionCheck 2 app.

2. Attach the VisionCheck 2 device to your smartphone.

3. Take easy-to-follow vision tests.

4. After taking consistent test results, you’ll receive

EyeGlass Numbers (EGNs).

5. Use your EGNs to order new glasses online (single vision and bifocal/progressives).

NOTE: EyeGlass Numbers are made up of cumulative results that are personalized to each user. So, it’s important that each person use their own FREE account.

** VisionCheck 2 is recommended if you: **

- Want to order glasses online

- Are age 25 and older

- Have a single vision prescription between +8.00 & -10.00 and have a cylinder between 0 & -4.00

- Want a solution to track vision changes over time

- Want to be empowered to self-administer a vision test

** VisionCheck 2 is not recommended if you: **

- Have a medical condition that affects your eyes or eyesight

- Have light sensitivity

- Have difficulty differentiating between red and green

- Require a prism measurement

- Have difficulty holding up a smartphone while navigating its screen

- VisionCheck 2 is registered with the U.S. FDA as a Class 1 medical device with 510(k) exemption.
