Heavy Vehicle Fault Code Advisor translates MID, CID, FMI, SPD and Event ID codes to assist in diagnosis.

For example, if your piece of equipment displays fault codes, this tool may assist by interpreting those fault codes WITHOUT THE NEED FOR OTHER TOOLS such as Bluetooth data link adapters etc.

Enter your codes in and select 'Translate' and instantly, the app will translate the codes based on publicly listed fault codes, even when offline.

For example, if you have MID 36, CID 1 and FMI of 5, it will be translated to Engine control 1, Injector number 1 and current below normal. This would indicate that there is a possible issue with injector number 1 or the wiring that goes to it, giving repair personnel somewhere to start with diagnosis.

Some or all codes given by certain equipment will not be interpreted correctly by this app due to Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) using their own code interpretations.
