THE FUTURE CITY ist eine Regierung genehmigt Township-Projekt.

THE FUTURE CITY is a Government approved township project. This project has been planned on our fully owned land of more than 1000 bighas. We have three phase plan for delivering this project. The first Phase is of 2500 residential plots along with land for reserved for commercial and other development activities such a parks, Club house, resort, facilities and institutions. Plot sizes available are from 111.11 sq. yards and onwards. The area has got vast potential for growth as our project is surrounded by Mega Industrial development zone in terms of Mahindra SEZ having JCB, Deutsche Bank, Infosys, Mahindra Tech etc., Kunjbiharipura RIICO Industrial area upcoming in 3500 Bigha and Devnagar RIICO industrial Area upcoming in 517 Bigha.
