WHY SHOULD I USE THIS

The sun radiation has not only UVA and UVB rays . It also contains INFRA rays which in prolonged time overheat the skin dryes it and damage it.

when you are in one position for long time 15 minutes and more notice the skin is overheated.

that is why you should changing the position more often

EXAMPLES

no1: choice 4 sides set 7 minutes flip time and 56 minutes total time.

no2: choice 4 sides set 7 minutes flip time and 1 hour 24 minutes total time.

no3: choice 2 sides set 12 minutes flip time and 48 minutes total time.

no4: choice 2 sides set 12 minutes flip time and 1 hour 12 minutes total time.

THE NOTIFICATION

You will be provided with 3 kind of notifications (tap notifications buttons on the bottom) by voice , sound

signals , vibrations

You can choice other sound signals in menu setting

THE APPLICATION

When the timer is running you can minimize it with back button or home button it will run in background while

you can listen to music or browse the Internet

TIP

using headphones is more private and you can also listen to music

at home you can use 2 solid wood chairs for sunbathing
