Admit it, every one fails in 3 out of 5 interviews. Skil app is a service where users can prepare for a job interview easily. Users start with indicating the skills in which they need help for their upcoming interviews. To get a more realistic experience, they can also upload their job description. The App finds a mentor matching the skills, job description and the user profile. Our proprietary matching algorithm matches mentors based on whether they have the required skillset, worked in similar roles before, had worked or is working for the company same as in job description, or attended similar interviews before.

Job applicants typically are underprepared on certain technologies or do not have all the information/perspective they want on the job they are interviewing for, like the company culture, work environment, role expectations, fitment in organization, etc. Currently there is no service which can connect job applicants to real mentors for help, other than finding connected people on linkedIn (that are either in the same company or worked on similar things) and requesting them for help. Knowing what is the right amount of expertise (for a particular job) about a technology or how to present themselves to the company/team can make a lot of difference in their interviewing experience. The best part is, it takes out the fear factor while attending the job interviews.
