My name is Bruce Singley and I have been an Advanced Practice Nurse for the past 34 of my 40 plus years in nursing. I am certified by the American Nurses Association for almost 30 years.

I currently work half time as an Advanced Practice Nurse and hoping to retire by the first of the year, so I can spend full time developing and promoting my health and wellness website. As a nurse, my role is in education and I do patient education where I am educating patients/clients on how they can remain stable and how they can promote their health, even going through with them stages of change with regards to promoting wellness/health. Therefore, this website will be giving practical advice to promote and maintain your health through article, supplements and fitness/exercise.
