Resolver helps you make and resolve complaints against hundreds of companies with all key providers in energy, telecoms, travel, insurance, shops, restaurant chains, gyms and leisure.
Resolver helps you resolve your issues quickly and without the stress.
Resolver will help you prepare and send your communications, record all emails, documents and notes to keep an accurate record of your issue. resolver has the full escalation procedures for each company so it will tell you when to escalate and knows who to send your case to.
Resolver will also help you call the company at national landline rates - these calls are often included in your minutes bundle so you can avoid paying the excessive costs to call from your mobile. We record your call at no extra charge so you have a full record of your communications.
If the issue is not resolved, resolver can send your case file automatically to the Ombudsman for you.
