• Store personal or participants of TIP must be an employee of Microsoft authorized retailer partners for registration and rewards eligibility.

• Sales evaluation is based on approved submission of Eligible Product Sales.

• Inspire-Tech retains the rights at it sole description to suspend, reject or change the terms and conditions. Such decision by Inspire-Tech shall be final and binding and shall not be subject to any dispute or challenge.
