Q: How does it work?

A: The user registers a username, their due date (or estimated due date if they are in the early stages of their pregnancy) and their location. Then they can browse the list of Bump Buddies and make contact with as many as they like.

Q: What if the user wants to keep their personal details confidential?

A: They simply register a username of their choice instead of their real name. Every Bump Buddy has a personal profile where they share information about themselves and their pregnancy. They can put as much or as little information as they like.

Q: What other measures are in place to protect a user's privacy?

A: There is no open forum on the My Bump Buddies App. All contact is made via messages. Only the sender and receiver of the message will be able to view its content, so users can be sure that their conversations will remain private. Users can also delete their account at any time.
