As a citizen and resident, you often get concerned about the problems related to infrastructure, and that you would like to inform the municipality about.

Now you don’t have to make phone calls, wait in the queue, describe the problem, your location, search it on the map or ask the exact address from people around you. You can report a problem in a simple and convenient way within 30 seconds using a mobile application or directly from our site locator.kg.

Take a picture, select the appropriate category, add your comment or description, ready. Click Submit. The picture you take will be automatically recognized on the map through the GPS function of your smartphone.

The administration of your city will be automatically notified about your report. Further on, you will be able to receive automatic notifications about the status of your report by your city administration.
