A confirmation box will open before you delete a note to make sure that you really want to get rid of it. You can also choose the color scheme from the settings menu with eight colors to choose from! About the permissions:
Read and Write to External Storage - Import and Export your notes!
This will require you to grant permissions to the app to read and write to your SD Card.
